10/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - In December 2002, the European Parliament attributed from a total EU budget of EUR 99.6 billion for 2003, EUR 2.05 million for the promotion and safeguard of regional and minority languages in Europe, recalls EUROLANG, the agency specialised in questions concerning minority languages (www.eurolang.net).
