10/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - In response to the announcement by North Korea on Friday concerning its withdrawal from the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), the EU High Representative for European Security and Defence Policy, Javier Solana, forcefully urged Pyongyang to reconsider his decision, and expressed the Fifteen's "deep concern".
