Strasbourg, 30/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 24 October, in Strasbourg, the European Parliament adopted two reports by Hans Blokland (Europe of Democracies and Diversities, Netherlands) on the Commission's proposals regarding the Community's approval of the Rotterdam Convention on Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in international trade, and on the measures to be taken to bring Community legislation into conformity with the provisions of this...
