Pan-European corridor launched between Italy and Turkey

Brussels, 09/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - A ministerial-level ceremony took place on Monday between Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Turkey, Greece and Italy to sign a draft agreement on intermodal trans-European corridor VIII between Italy and Turkey through the other signatory countries. The draft agreement is the last in the series of ten pan-European corridors launched at the Helsinki European Council in 1997 to be signed.
