09/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - Belgian Foreign Minister Louis Michel reproached EU countries during a Belgian televised debate, on Sunday, for refusing to discuss the possibility of banning arms sales to certain third countries. "I have written a letter to my counterparts requesting them to meet us in six months' time to draw up a list of countries towards which we should ban all (arms) exports.
