Dutch company HEIJMANS is to acquire three companies owned by its competitor PHILIPP HOLZMANN that have filed for bankruptcy, viz. Dutch subsidiaries DUBBERS MALDEN and FRANKI GRUNDBAU and the subsidiary based in Grafenwoehr (South Germany) employing a total of 400 people.
