Brussels, 14/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - The President of Mexico, Vicente Fox, will address the European Parliament's plenary session on Wednesday for the first time since the EU-Mexico Association and Free Trade Agreement was signed and him being elected President of Mexico in July 2000.
