Brussels, 14/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission adopted its "country strategy paper" for Vietnam. The paper sets the framework for Community assistance for the period 2002-2006. A budget of EUR 162 million is foreseen, of which EUR 101 million will be granted in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
