Common Declaration by ten regional governments

Brussels, 14/05/2002 (Agence Europe) - On 13 May, the presidents and ministers of ten regional governments in six Member States (Italy, France, Germany, the UK, Belgium and Sweden) presented the European Regional Affairs Commissioner, Michel Barnier, with the Common Declaration on European Governance adopted in response to the European Commission's White Paper on European Governance.
