Belgian lawyers CAESTECKER & PARTNERS is to merge with the UK's DLA (£176 million 2001 turnover, 1700 lawyers). The Belgian company will be renamed DLA CAESTECKER. It will have 95 lawyers and an annual turnover of around EUR 12.5 million.
