France's VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT (part of the VU - VIVENDI UNIVERSAL group) is preparing to sell its 17% holding in PHILADELPHIA SUBURBAN, the Philadelphia water company for around EUR 300 million. VIVENDI WATER, a Vivendi Environment subsidiary, is to sell its stake in BONNA SABLA (EUR 405 million turnover in 2001) a reinforced concrete manufacturer to a holding company in which AXA holds an 80% stake.
