ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) spirits

The Italian group CAMPARI is to take control of the Sardinian wine company SELLA&MOSCA. CAMPARI will pay 68.2 million euro in cash for all the capital of the Italian spirits company ZEDDA PIRAS that itself has a 67.6% stake in SELLA & MOSCA. The latter operates some 500 hectares of vine groves and produces 21 different wines with 6.6 million bottles sold last year.
