Sweden's SKF ACTUATORS has taken over the Swiss firm GROUPE MAGNETIC, specialised in the manufacture of jacks for medical equipment. GROUP MAGNETIC's annual turnover amounts to 45 million euro against SKF ACTUATORS's 35 million.
