29/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council Resolution of 6 December 2001 on a manual containing the recommendations for the implementation, on an international scale, of police co-operation measures aimed at controlling violence and trouble at football matches, appeared in Official Journal C 22 on 24 January 2002.
