25/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised the following operations, according to simplified procedure: - creation of a joint venture between Endesa (Spain) and Sonae (Portugal): called Ecocicloendesa Energia, the new company will be active in the production and marketing of electricity;- acquisition of Jardine Motors Group France by PGA Motors: the operation consists of takeover of Jardine Motors Group France, a motor vehicle distributor, by its counterpart PGA Motors.
