In the context of its strategy for concentrating on its main activities, the German-American group, DAIMLERCHRYSLER, is to sell to the American group, GE CAPITAL, for the sum of Eur 1.3 billion, part of the real estate portfolio of its subsidiary, DAIMLERCHRYSLER CAPITAL SERVICES, subsidiary of DAIMLERCHRYSLER SERVICES, which manages a portfolio of around EUR 130 billion.
