ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) publishing

RCS EDITORI, a fully owned subsidiary of the HDP holding company, has sold 50% of the joint undertaking EDIF (turnover EUR 20 million in 2000), in Italy, to HACHETTE FILIPACCHI MEDIAS for the sum of EUR 26.75 million. The French firm already held half of EDIF share capital.
