Joint venture between Meneta and TDM is cleared

Brussels, 25/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared a joint venture between the Danish company Meneta, a subsidiary of A.P. Moller, and the German company TDM, controlled by British HSBC Holdings. Called Meneta Advanced Shims Technology A/S (MAST), the company is specialised in the manufacture of anti-vibration systems for automobile disc brakes. MAST currently belongs solely to Meneta.
