Germany's second largest energy company, RWE, has announced its plan to reduce to 45.6% its direct participation in its subsidiary HOCHTIEF (construction). To date, RWE held a majority stake of 62.28% in HOCHTIEF. It held 45.64% of the shares directly and 16.64% indirectly.
