The Swedish semi-public operator TELIA announced that it had sold 40 million shares in its subsidiary ENIRO (directories) at a unit price of SEK 104, or a total amount of SEK 4.16 billion. The Swedish operator, who was the main shareholder in ENIRO with 47.3% of the capital, now holds a stake of 25.5% in the directory company.
