Ms de Palacio defends liberalisation of electricity market in Paris

Brussels, 06/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - During a visit to Paris where she met Christian Pierret, French Secretary of State for Energy, European Energy and Transport Commissioner Loyola de Palacio gave a speech on energy supplies in the EU at the "Institut français des relations internationales" (IFRI).
