The Italian company SIMBAC (French group SOMFY INTERNATIONAL), the "blinds and locks" branch of the DAMART group will merge with the Spanish company GAVIOTA. The new entity, whose turnover is estimated at more that EUR 60 million, will be the European leader in mechanical components for rolling blinds.
