Commission authorises SEAT to acquire ENIRO

Brussels, 29/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has given its approval for the acquisition of ENIRO, a Swedish company active on the telephone directory market in the Scandinavian countries and in Germany, by SEAT, a subsidiary of Telecom Italia, that mainly operates on the telephone directory market in Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany.
