ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) environment

SITA, "property" subsidiary of the French SUEZ and RHODIA ECO SERVICES, subsidiary of RHODIA specialised in special industrial waste, will create in the United States a new jointly owned subsidiary, specialised in the sector of industrial waste. The new entity, named TERIS LLC, will be the third largest in the sector in the United States with an annual turnover expected in the region of USD 130 million.
