ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

PCAS, chemicals subsidiary of the French DYNACTION will buy 50% of the capital of LEIRAS FINE CHEMICALS (annual turnover of EUR 16 million with 131 employees) with the fine chemicals subsidiary of the Finnish LEIRAS (German SCHERING group) with an option to buy the remainder as of 2003.
