Right to annual paid leave is a social right directly confessed to all workers without need for a minimum period of employment

Luxembourg, 26/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice press service has highlighted the BECTU case in which the Court indicates that the right to annual paid leave is a social right conferred upon all workers whatever the minimum work period.
