AUGUSTE-THOUARD (expected turnover in 2001 of 411.6 million euro) French and European leader for real estate services, has taken a 75% stake in WEATHERALL GREEN & SMITH (annual turnover of some 61 million euro), one of the ten largest Anglo-Saxon companies in the sector, through an exchange of shares.
