The French group VALEO has confirmed the forthcoming sale, for some 100 million euro (including debt assumption), of its subsidiary specialized in filtration, FILTRAUTO (263 million euro turnover in 2000) to Italy's SOGEFI (CIR group of the holding company of the De Benedetti family; 674 million euro turnover in 2000).
