26/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - During a seminar at the EP in Brussels, Kevin Powers, ECTA President (European Competitive Telecommunications Association) took a stance in favour of greater harmonisation in the implementation of regulations on telecommunications throughout the EU and for the possibility, for the European Commission, to amend decisions of national authorities responsible for such regulations.
