26/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council adopted conclusions concerning small arms. It calls on all countries participating at the United Nations Conference on the illegal trade of small arms (New York, 9-20 July) to contribute to the adoption of a comprehensive programme of action.
