Belgium's LA POSTE has concluded an memorandum of understanding with the French group LA BRUYERE over the purchase of its subsidiary SPEOS, specialized in company document management. LA POSTE is already present in the field with its subsidiary EXBO. SPEOS BELGIUM predicts a turnover of 12.5 million euro in 2001.
