26/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council called on the Commission, on Monday in Luxembourg, to present it with a negotiating brief on the participation of Switzerland in the Dublin/Schengen acquis. Swiss sources point out that the willingness of the Council to negotiate on this point could allow discussion with Switzerland on the fight against fraud to be brought out of deadlock.
