Norway's main bank DEN NORSKE BANK has taken its stake in the Norwegian insurer STOREBRAND to 9.76%, thereby nearing the 10% threshold that would allow it stop a bid launched on the insurer by the Finnish insurance company SAMPO. See 23 EI of May.
