Brussels, 06/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - During the plenary session on 28 and 29 March, which took place in Brussels under the Presidency of Goke Frerichs (see EUROPE of 29 March, p.16), the European Economic and Social Committee unanimously adopted the opinion presente4d by Umberto Burani (Employers group, Italy) on the Commission Communication entitled "The practical aspects of the Euro: state of play and tasks ahead".
