ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aviation

The French company EURALAIR will sell the control of its charter branch EURALAIR HORIZONS, loss making. It should open the capital of its French tour operator subsidiaries GO VOYAGES and FRAM to the level of 15 to 20% each as well as ROYAL AIR MAROC (in principal close to 35%). The remainder of the capital should remain in the hands of the parent company.
