The French SSI company STERIA is in very advanced talks for the acquisition of the Spanish company SKILL SOFT (240 employees). STERIA had recently announced its intention to reinforce, through major acquisitions, its European subsidiaries. The group aims for 40% of its turnover to be international in 2005 - or EUR 400 million - against 16% last year.
