Brussels, 06/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the financing of EUR 10 million to help internally displaced persons following the conflict that opposes government forces to guerrilla fighters. The number of displaced persons reached 300,000 last year, while their overall number is estimated at nearly two million.
