06/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Colombian government intends to launch an diplomatic "offensive" for the EU to overturn the decision taken in the Justice/Home Affairs Council, last 15 March, which includes Columbia among the 134 countries whose nationals are submitted to a visa requirement to enter into the EU (see EUROPE of 16 March, p.7).
