06/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana, who was on Thursday in Moscow to prepare the EU/Russia Summit on 17 May, indicated to the press that the European Union would like, on this occasion, talk with Russia over "issues concerning crisis management". "We have several concrete proposals on how to continue working together" on this, said Mr Solana, after having met Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov and the new Defence Minister, Sergei Ivanov.
