On Wednesday, Parliament to vote on Trakatellis report on Community public health programme (2001-2006)

Brussels, 03/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg this Wednesday, the European Parliament sitting in plenary is to proceed with its first reading of the Community action programme for public health (2001-2006). On that occasion, it should, as proposed by the report by Greek Christian-Democrat Antonios Trakatellis, include several important amendments to the programme proposed by the European Commission.
