ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) equipment

The French group SAINT GOBAIN has made a public 234 million euro bid (60 euro a share) for its Spanish subsidiary CRISTALERIA (1.466 bn euro turnover with 9,966 employees) so as to control 100% of the capital. So far it has 74.5%.
