ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) tobacco

Franc's BOLLORE has sold 75% of TOBACCOR to the British cigarette giant IMPERIAL TOBACCO for 289.62 million euro. BOLLORE will retain 25% of TOBACCOR, second largest manufacturer and distributor of cigarettes in Sub-Saharan Africa, for "at least five years", says IMPERIAL TOBACCO.
