In France, BOREHALL (turnover close to 1 bn FF wit 600 employees), specialised in the delivery of food products to professionals of the catering and baking-patisserie business, has been sold to its compatriot PROMET, held equally by the German retailer METRO and Swiss BON APPETIT.
