Britain's C&W - CABLE AND WIRELESS is selling its 14.7% stake in PCCW - PACIFIC CENTURY CYBERWORKS, Hong Kong firms specialised in the Internet and digital technologies for some $1.5 bn. This stake is to be sold through the issue of bonds convertible into PCCW shares.
