ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) services

America's GTS is to sell ESPRIT TELECOM, its subsidiary proposing services to companies, to holders of ESPRIT TELECOM bonds. This subsidiary comprises the French subsidiary GTS OMNICOM. The creditors will exchange $500 million in bonds against a 90% stake in ESPRIT, GTS will retain the rest.
