Brussels, 28/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - In a brochure entitled "Belgium and the European Security and Defence Policy" (Esdp), published by CRISP (Socio-Political Research and Information Centre), Andre Dumoulin considers that it will not be easy for the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council, in the second half of this year, to "propose a binding agenda" for a series of subjects under Esdp. He then cites, in particular, "the future of Article V of the Brussels Treaty within the Union itself"...
