The Belgian group OMWGA PHARMA has sold the French laboratory OPODEX INDUSTRIE (turnover of some 15 million euro in 2000 with 150 staff) to a group of investors that has remained anonymous. OMEGA has also announced the acquisition of the Belgian subsidiary MEDEVA PHARMA of the British group CELLTECH (expected turnover for 2001 of 4 million euro).
