27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - European Commission Vice-President, Niel Kinnock had talks on Tuesday with Francois-Xavier de Donnea, President of the Region of Brussels Capital, on holding all European Councils (decided at the Nice Summit) in Brussels from 2002. EUROPE will return to this.
