27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - In the latest edition of its annual "Education Policy Analysis", the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) asserts that life-long learning must be given priority by Member States over the next few years. The report's conclusions will serve as a basis for discussions at a meeting of OECD Education Ministers in Paris on 2-4 April.
