OBOURG-ORIGNY (annual turnover of close to one bn dollars with some 3,500 collaborators), which pools the French and Belgian subsidiaries of the Swiss cement group HOLDERBANK, and the family group CARRIERES DU BOULONNAIS (annual turnover of some 150 million euro, with 800 employees), one of France's foremost independent producers of granulates, have signed a strategic agreement providing for the creation of a joint-venture to market natural granulates.
